I am a yoga teacher who provides yoga training. Seaside yoga is the name of my company and is used to promote the services I provide.

Information related to the health status of a client once they have booked a course. This data is collected via a secure form on the website and this data is strictly in accordance with privacy and confidentiality policies as used by the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY www.bwy.org.uk)
Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet

How do I collect information

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, I collect personal information you provide, such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Why do I collect this information

For the purposes of course booking and administration
General communication with clients related to courses, schedules, bookings etc
To ensure lessons can be tailored to individual's health needs and conditions

How do we store your data

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides the online platform that allows us to deliver our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by seaside yoga adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers

I do not share your personal information with any other third parties unless there is a legal requirement to do so.
