Beginners' course starting next Friday

Hello yogis!

I hope you're well and managing to stay grounded in this very unseasonal windy weather.

As you may be aware, I have a new 10-week Beginners' course starting next week and there are a few spaces left. If you - or someone you know - might like to join, the course starts on Friday 19th April at Exeter Street Hall and will run for 10 weeks.

This 'yoga toolkit' course is designed to introduce those new to yoga to the main postures, breath work and meditation/relaxation techniques. The aim is to finish the course with the confidence to join a mixed-ability yoga class, as well as to improve your posture, balance and wellbeing in general. Although the target audience is beginners, the course is also suitable for those returning to yoga after some time away from practising, or for anyone who would like to finesse their form.

Classes are 75-minutes long (13:30 - 14:45) and always finish with a 15-minute breathing and relaxation session to leave you feeling refreshed, centred, and connected!

To sign up for the full 10 weeks, you can purchase a block of ten sessions for an investment of £60.00. Alternatively, the weekly the drop-in rate is £8.00 per session. Please note that there is no obligation to attend for the full ten weeks, and if you do purchase a block of 10 and have some remaining credits by the end of the course, these can be redeemed against any of my classes.

You can book directly via the website, or drop me a line at info@seasideyoga.co.uk to register interest, or with any queries.

Alternative classes

If you're keen to join a yoga class, but either can't do a Friday lunchtime, or you'd prefer to join a mixed-ability or gentle/holistic class (all of which are beginner-friendly), just a reminder that I also run weekly drop-in classes on a Wednesday morning (Exeter Street Hall); Thursday lunchtime (St Luke's Church) and evening (BHASVIC); and on a Friday morning (Ora Fitness, Poet's Corner). Check out my About page on the website for further info, or jump straight here to book a class.

Coming soon - yoga in the sunshine!

As the weather improves, I'm planning to start delivering some additional evening classes in the great outdoors! The location is still to be determined but possibly Dyke Road Park or St Ann's Well Gardens. Watch this space for further updates!

Thanks again to everyone who has subscribed to my newsletter for supporting me on my journey. Have a great rest of the week.

Namaste!

Vashti
