Hello, lovely yogis!
So it's now official: spring is here! daffodils, crocii and snowdrops are all in bloom. Next Sunday the clocks will go forward and we'll start to see longer days and (hopefully!) some long-awaited warmer weather. What better reason to shake the cobwebs off your mat and spring into your yoga practice?
Free class for you and a (new) friend!
Throughout April my 'bring a friend for free offer' is back, but this time I will be offering a free class for you as well! The 'friend' must be someone who is new to Seaside Yoga and can attend any class (it doesn't have to be the same one as you). All you need to do is email me (vashti@seasideyoga.co.uk) with their name and email address and I will follow up. Once they have booked and attended the class, you will receive a free class credit as a thank you for spreading the word.
Gentle/Holistic yoga is back!
Now that the 10-week beginners' course at St Luke's Church has finished, I will be reinstating my 75-minute Gentle/Holistic class at St Luke's Church (13:00 - 14:15 on Thursdays, starting next Thursday, 27 March). This slower-paced class includes gentle posture work combined with breathwork/pranayama and plenty of time for meditation/relaxation. Suitable for all levels, including beginners, this class is ideal for those looking for a revitalising yet relaxing lunchtime reset.
You can find out more about this class, and all the other classes I offer, on my About page.
Pricing update and special offer
Due to rising venue costs, the price of a five-class package will increase to £35.00 from 1 April. However, the drop-in rate and 10-class package will remain the same. As a special thank you, anyone purchasing a 10-class package before the end of April will receive two bonus class credits added to their subscription!
That’s all for now! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who continues to support me on this journey—I’m truly grateful to share the practice of yoga with you. Wishing you a joyful and refreshing spring, and I hope to see you in class soon!
Namaste
Vashti xx
